Feedback: the negative form and personal pronouns
Based on the search results, you probably were able to draw the following conclusions:

The negative form in the academic register is not contracted, in other words the forms such as don't, won't and aren't are avoided. Instead, you should use the full forms: do not, will not and are not. Avoiding the contraction is by no means limited to the negative, but for example I will, they are and he is should be used instead of I'll, they're and he's.
On the use of the pronouns we can say that they are used far less in the academic register than in the other registers. Especially the first person pronouns I and you are usually avoided, as the academic style tends to be impersonal. The issue of whether an individual writer should use the pronoun I or we when referring to him/herself divides opinions, though.
