Lectures

  • The students should make absolutely certain to themselves that they have registered to everything (usually electronically in Korppi ) in need of further registration and that they will attend the classes, lectures and seminars, which are indispensable for them.

  • Akateeminen vartti: The lectures usually start a quarter past unless otherwise informed (e.g. if a class is reported to start at 12.00 it starts at 12 sharp and if it is reported to start at 12 it will most likely start a quarter past).

  • A lecture usually lasts for 90 minutes, but can be longer as well.

Below you will find a few clips from courses held in English in the University of Jyväskylä. There will also be some additional information about lectures.

If you want to, you can follow the videos according to the instructions we give or by yourself. You can also interact with others, Finnish and foreign students, by participating at the poll right after watching the videos.
